The Ring (2002) scared the bejesus out of me!! It's an Americanised version of the 1998 Japanese film Ringu and is one of the first of a whole mess of 'technology is possessed' types of films. Naomi Watts is a great actress and the movie is super duper creepy. I know film buffs will say that Japanese horror is always better but I think this one is just as effective!
