Daily Delicious Design - Easy Photoshop Tutorials 7

Just messing about a bit. It was inspired by this awesome tutorial and then I added some noise and made a clipping mask for the text.

    hey..question ? when doing the circles in photoshop and stuff how did you move them around ??
